Gradually loosen the display bezel, loosen the rivets fixing the display bezel, and then open the bezel. The solution to the problem of material leakage-increase the baffle to reduce the influence of the feed port. Use stainless steel screws instead. Using rivets to fix the screen on the screen frame solves the problem that the rivets are easily pushed out of the screen. Mechanical failure Adjustable slip or broken belt vibratory separator is driven by a rotating motor connected to the loose conveyor belt. The amount of chemical fertilizer is large, and the belt actively breaks many times during operation. Broken belt analysis shows that the main reason for broken belt is wrong selection and pressure on the belt, which leads to overheating of the drill bit at the worn or defective point and replacement of the corresponding unit. Service efficiency is high. Try to replace the imported adjustable belt with a domestic V-belt. Effectively eliminate belt slippage and breakage.
