1.A brief introduction to the plate feeder
Plate feeder (plate feeding machine) is a kind of continuous conveying material machinery, which is used for continuous and uniform distribution and operation of materials along the horizontal or inclined direction for the crusher, conveyor or other working machineries. (2)The torsion force of the apron feeder is very large, so the bearing position is generally used with the discharge sleeve in the design. When the clearance between the discharge sleeve and the shaft has error, with the long time of use, it will inevitably lead to the bearing moving, and then aggravate the wear of the bearing.
(3)Because the bearing is installed on the release sleeve, the axial force positioning is mainly positioned by the front reducer against the spacer sleeve , when the reducer shuttles, it affects the stability of the bearing fixed, resulting in axial shuttling, and then the wear of the bearing.

(1) Brush plating
The advantage is that it can be repaired online, but the disadvantage is equally obvious. Brush coating is limited by the wear, the general brush coating thickness is less than 0.2mm. When the wear is greater than 0.2mm, the efficiency of the brush plating will be reduced, and when the brush coating is too thick, the brush coating is easy to fall off in the process of use, and the service life is short.
(2) Repair by welding machine after overall disassembly
Repairing by welding machine is one of the most common ways in traditional repairing , which is characterized by high repairing precision. The disadvantage is that it is easy to cause stress concentration or bending deformation of the shaft in the repair process of the small shaft. Repairing for the bearing position of the apron feeder and other large shafts can not be repair immediately while disassembly and transportation will increase the repair cost and repair cycle, and for high machining equipment requirements and the low comprehensive cost performance will affect the normal production of enterprises and increase the maintenance cost.
4. Replacement with new parts
