The Conveyor Roller Order From African Customers

At the end of March this year, we obtained new batch order of conveyor roller from African customers. Despite the fact that the epidemic was pretty severe at that time, in order to not affect the ordinary manufacturing, the workers have to work overtime even as protecting themselves nicely. With a couple of month's efforts, the conveyor rollers have been produced at the end of May, and arranged for delivery already. It was expected to reach the contracted port of the end-user in early July.

The client is a well-known mining corporation in Africa, which owns many open pit mines and has great demand for spare components of equipment every year. They contacted us in July last year and expressed their interest in our conveyor rollers and pulleys. Therefore, we began the preliminary technical and enterprise communication. As we all understand, the belt conveyor is very strict with its spare elements. Particularly, conveyor rollers and pulleys require technical specifications and drawings to be completely consistent with the original component. But the belt conveyor component currently in operation at the purchaser site is provided by Indian company, the technical general standard, specification and size of the conveyor rollers are not the same as those of China standard. As a result, our engineers have communicated with the technical personnel of the user before confirming the very last drawing and technical element. In the middle of September last year, the purchaser placed a small batch sample order for multiple models of conveyor rollers and pulleys.

The small sample orders of conveyor rollers and pulleys was delivered to the site in January this year. After set up and use, the end users have been very satisfied with the samples. Therefore, in March 2020, the client placed another large batch of conveyor rollers orders
